Life doesn't always turn out the way we imagined. We experience the loss of people, relationships, jobs, opportunities, and versions of life we thought we'd have. Sometimes these experiences change us in ways we never expected.

Transformation Hikes are an opportunity to step outside, connect with others, and explore how life's unexpected turns might open the door to new possibilities.

Together, we'll make space for the experiences we've been through, the things that matter to us, and the possibilities that lie ahead. That might mean carrying on a loved one's cherished tradition, exploring something that inspired them, rediscovering an interest you've set aside, or simply beginning to imagine what comes next.

There's no right way to experience loss, and no timeline for finding your footing again. You don't need to arrive with answers, a plan, or even a sense of what's possible. This is simply an invitation to meet yourself where you are, enjoy time outdoors, and remain open to what life might hold.

Moving forward doesn't have to mean leaving anything behind. Sometimes, it's about discovering new ways to carry what matters into the next chapter.
